Before you request the META-Sense system to issue email invitations to your respondents, it is good practice to notify them to expect the email invitation to participate. You may wish to adapt the following sample email for that purpose.
Dear colleagues:
I am sending this email to alert you to a request you will soon be receiving from META-Sense (www.meta-sense360.com), asking you to reflect upon an my leadership capability and style. You will have experienced my leadership qualities to at least some degree.
I am interested in what I can learn about developing my leadership, so I would be very grateful for your time and input.
All responses will be anonymous. The experiences you share will be collected by META-Sense application and the findings will be mediated to me via a coaching process.
You may wish to add info@meta-sense360.com to your address books to ensure receipt of the email invitation.
